Exchange Policy
Exchange Overview
We offer customers the opportunity to exchange products per the policy described below. Refunds are not offered.
The exchange policy is valid for 30 days after your purchase. If your item is returned within these 30 days, an exchange for a similar product is available.
Eligibility for a exchange requires the item be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. The product must also be in the original packaging. If the product was received damaged, it is helpful to have a picture. Seeing the damage as it was received, helps us for future shipping improvements.
Example Exchange 1: Exchange includes candle of the same product family for a different scent. (Sandalwood Vanilla 8 oz Nature’s Quill Creation exchanged for Lemon Creme 8 oz Nature’s Quill Creation.)
Example Exchange 2: Exchange a candle that was received damaged for an exact replacement.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, you may return the item for one of the same product category. See Example Exchange 1 above in the overview of the exchange policy.
Shipping
To return your product, mail your product to: Mountain View Products, LLC, 34042 107th Engineers Memorial Highway, Silver City, Michigan 49953-9085.
You are responsible for shipping costs for the exchange of the item.
Timing
The timing for you to receive the exchanged product will be dependent upon your location. Products are shipped within three days of confirmation of validity.
