Shipping Policy

Shipping:

• Product shipping originates from Mountain View Products, LLC – 34042 107th Engineers Memorial Highway, Silver City, Michigan 49953-9085
• Standard shipping is UPS
• Orders will be shipped within three business day of being placed. In most cases they will be shipped within one day, but three days can be experienced during the holidays.  Timing to receive your order will be dependent on your location.
• Mountain View Products, LLC reserves the right to adjust delivery charges for any additional fees incurred by the carrier.   For examples packages that must be re-delivered or delivered to a room within a building. 
• For any shipments outside the US, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in the destination country.

Tracking Orders:

Tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Please first check your online order.  If a tracking number does not exist online, please contact Customer Service at (906) 885-5256.

Pick-up Orders are not available currently.
